President and Chief Executive Officer

Mike is responsible for strategic development, growth, and operating performance. Before joining VASCOR, Mike was Head of the Global Automotive Program at parent company, APL Logistics, and served as VASCOR's CCO and Board Member. Mike has over 40 years of experience in premium transportation, automotive logistics, and global supply chain services. Mike is a graduate of Auburn University Business School, Ohio State University's Logistics and Supply Chain Services program, and an executive learning program provided by the Rizzo School of Business at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.

Chief Financial Officer

Greg is responsible for ensuring the VASCOR Finance team actively supports VASCOR's Commercial and Operations platforms and drives strong internal controls and compliance. He joined VASCOR in 2025 and was previously with APL Logistics and APL Liner for almost 30 combined years of service in Finance, Operations, and Procurement roles. His most recent role at APL Logistics was as VP, Finance with responsibility for all Finance Operations and also leading a digital transformation initiative. Greg received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Finance from the University of California at Berkeley.

Vice President, North America Finished Vehicle Logistics

Nick is responsible for growth and performance of VASCOR Finished Vehicle Logistics throughout North America. He has over 20 years of logistics operational experience across various industries. Most recently, Nick was the Head of Finished Vehicle Logistics for Stellantis NA, where he was responsible for operations, network design, and strategic planning. Nick has held various roles at Stellantis and J.B. Hunt prior to joining VASCOR in 2024. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and MBA from Ferris State University.

Vice President, Information Technology

With over three decades of experience at the intersection of logistics and technology, Nick Taylor serves as Vice President of IT at VASCOR, where he has shaped the company's digital foundation since joining in 2002. Nick oversees a comprehensive technology organization spanning Artificial Intelligence, Business Intelligence, Cybersecurity, Infrastructure, Software Development, Quality Assurance, Audit Compliance, IT Services and Support, and Vendor Management. Under his leadership, VASCOR continues to leverage emerging technologies to strengthen operational performance, protect critical systems, and drive smarter, data-informed decision-making across the enterprise. He holds an MBA from Sullivan University in Lexington, Kentucky, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky.

Director, Finished Vehicle Logistics

As Director of Finished Vehicle Logistics, Josh leads the execution of VASCOR operations from plant release through dealer delivery, with a focus on operational performance, cost efficiency, and data-driven decision-making. He is also focused on advancing innovation across the finished vehicle supply chain, combining operational discipline with emerging technology to deliver measurable results for customers, including AI-driven inspection and integrated visibility platforms that enhance quality, reduce claims, and improve end-to-end supply chain transparency. Josh brings deep expertise in managing complex, high-volume logistics environments and delivering cost-efficient, high-performing operations across finished vehicle networks. Prior to joining VASCOR, he held leadership roles across automotive and industrial supply chains, leading cross-functional teams and supporting large-scale logistics operations for global OEMs. Josh holds a Bachelor of Science from Michigan State University.

Managing Director, VASCOR de México

Frank is responsible for the growth and performance of VASCOR de México. Frank has over 25 years of operational leadership and business development experience in the automotive industry, with expertise in quality, safety, and engineering within many rail and yard operations across Mexico. Frank also has had extensive involvement with finished vehicle distribution and accessory installation and has worked in San Luis Potosí, Nuevo León, and Aguascalientes. Frank earned his Bachelor’s degree in business and systems administration from the University of California, Irvine.

Vice President, Business Development

Takahiro Koshiji was assigned to VASCOR in 2026, bringing extensive global logistics and leadership experience to support the company’s ongoing growth and innovation. In his role, Koshiji is responsible for strengthening relationships with key customers, expanding business opportunities, and driving KAIZEN initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Prior to this current assignment, Koshiji served as General Manager of the Fujitrans Corporation Tokyo office, where he oversaw the Corporate, Global Logistics Sales, and Maritime Transport Divisions. Koshiji holds a Bachelor’s degree from Doshisha University in Kyoto, Japan.

Vice President, Business Development

Rick has 35-plus years of finished vehicle logistics experience covering a vast range, from plant releasing, port, and rail operations, including automobile transport and ocean port process, to inland rail and automotive processing centers. Prior to joining VASCOR, Rick worked for 14 years with American Suzuki Motor Corporation, overseeing multiple operations throughout North America.

Human Resources Manager

Greg leads strategic Human Resource initiatives that support workforce excellence and organizational effectiveness. He oversees talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and professional development, all aimed at strengthening VASCOR’s culture and operational success. A seasoned HR professional, Greg brings deep expertise in human resources strategy, employee engagement, policy development, and organizational leadership. He holds the Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and SHRM Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) credentials, demonstrating advanced mastery of HR best practices and strategic workforce management. Greg earned his Bachelor of Science in Education from Campbellsville University and Masters of Science from Eastern Kentucky University.
