VASCOR started in 1987 to serve the automotive sector in the heart of horse country, Georgetown, KY. With automotive a large part of our business today, we have also leveraged our expertise in other sectors, including manufacturing, food and beverage, and retail distribution.

Jinny is responsible for strategic direction, growth, and operating performance. Before joining VASCOR, Jinny was the financial reporting manager of Kentucky Utilities in Lexington, where she worked for 18 years. Jinny joined VASCOR as Controller in 2000, was promoted to Vice President of Finance in 2006, CFO in 2017, and subsequently named President and CEO in 2018. Jinny graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.
Ito-san plays a valuable role in coordinating the necessary efforts among VASCOR, our customers, and our joint-venture partner, Fujitrans Corporation. Ito-san was assigned to support VASCOR in 2020 from his role as a business logistics expert at Fujitrans Corporation. He was responsible for developing international 3PL business and analyzing client’s logistics needs, especially ocean freight and warehousing. Ito-san earned his International Relations Degree from Ritsumeikan University.
Mike is responsible for the strategic development, growth, and profitability of the automotive logistics business worldwide. Mike has a dual role where he oversees the Automotive Logistics activity at the parent company, APL Logistics, and serves as VASCOR's CCO and Board Member. Mike has been with the organization since 2001 and has over 40 years of experience in premium transportation, automotive logistics, and global supply chain services. Mike is a graduate of Auburn University Business School, Ohio State University's Logistics and Supply Chain Services program, and an executive learning program provided by the Rizzo School of Business at the University of North Carolina, Chapel Hill.
Krystal is responsible for the full range of financial controls and reporting requirements. She first joined VASCOR in 2004 and has held several roles in accounting and finance, including Manager of Financial Planning and Analysis. Krystal served as CFO of Foam Design, Inc. starting in 2016, before returning to VASCOR. She was promoted to CFO of VASCOR in 2018. Krystal is a CPA in Kentucky and received her Bachelor of Science in Accounting and Business Management from Union College.
Rick has 30-plus years of finished vehicle logistics experience covering a vast range, from plant releasing, port, and rail operations, including automobile transport and ocean port process, to inland rail and automotive processing centers. Prior to joining VASCOR, Rick worked for 14 years with American Suzuki Motor Corporation, overseeing multiple operations throughout North America.
Nick is responsible for growth and performance of VASCOR Finished Vehicle Logistics throughout North America. He has over 20 years of logistics operational experience across various industries. Most recently, Nick was the Head of Finished Vehicle Logistics for Stellantis NA, where he was responsible for operations, network design, and strategic planning. Nick has held various roles at Stellantis and J.B. Hunt prior to joining VASCOR in 2024. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in Supply Chain Management from Michigan State University and MBA from Ferris State University.
Jon is responsible for the growth and performance of VASCOR Inbound Logistics. Jon has over 30 years of operational leadership and business development experience in the automotive industry, with expertise in operations, process development, project management, and engineering within many operations across North America. Jon also has had extensive involvement in 3PL services, including carrier management and cross-dock operations.
Pat joined VASCOR in 2021 and is responsible for the growth and performance of VASCOR Finished Vehicle Logistics. He has over 30 years of operational leadership experience in the automotive industry with direct operating responsibility for port, inland, and factory vehicle processing facilities. Pat earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in History from Syracuse University. He served in the U.S. Army as a commissioned officer.
Nick joined VASCOR in 2002. He is responsible for IT at VASCOR, including; audit compliance, business intelligence, development, infrastructure, quality assurance, support, and vendor management. Nick has 25 years of experience in the logistics and IT industries, with expertise in project management, EDI, freight payment, and audit. He earned his MBA from Sullivan University in Lexington, KY, and his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Kentucky.
Frank is responsible for the growth and performance of VASCOR de México. Frank has over 20 years of operational leadership and business development experience in the automotive industry, with expertise in quality, safety, and engineering within many rail and yard operations across Mexico. Frank also has had extensive involvement with finished vehicle distribution and accessory installation and has worked in San Luis Potosí, Nuevo León, and Aguascalientes. Frank earned his Bachelor’s degree in business and systems administration from the University of California, Irvine, in 2003.

This award recognizes VASCOR’s continuous improvement efforts in damage reporting processes enabling Toyota to adapt and solve problems in real-time. Union Pacific Railroad honored VASCOR with the first ever Kaizen Award at their contractor meeting held in Mira Loma, CA. The Kaizen award recognizes VASCOR’s focus on continuous improvement processes including problem identification, root cause analysis, countermeasure implementation, and measurable results.
Automotive Supply Chain honored VASCOR with the 2017 Service Excellence Award at the annual Automotive Global Awards North America for its work developing a mobile application supporting its Finished Vehicle division. This application enables VASCOR to provide customers with visibility to rail loading activity from anywhere in the world in real-time as vehicles are loaded on the railcars.
VASCOR was awarded the 2016 Innovation Partnership Award from Automotive Supply Chain for its work with the India Railroad in further developing finished vehicle distribution by rail across the country. This work included the development, construction and ownership of a new, double-deck railcar design that set a new standard for rail transportation in India. The service provided is door to door finished vehicle distribution across India via rail taking pressure off the congested road network and providing incremental revenue and foreign investment for the India Railroad.
VASCOR was recognized by Hyundai Glovis for outstanding support of their finished vehicle network across North America. As nonstandard needs arose, VASCOR was able to jump in with quick and effective solutions that allowed Hyundai Glovis to better satisfy their customers' needs.
Automotive Supply Chain North America recognized VASCOR with the 2015 Vehicle Processing Center Award for its outstanding work with Toyota at the San Diego Operation. VASCOR helps facilitate the movement of finished vehicles from the assembly plant into the distribution supply chain with the upfitting of accessories/other at the site as key value added services.

VASCOR was recognized with the 2015 Value Achievement Award from Hino Motor Sales as the result of a strong collaborative logistics initiative between our organizations, which resulted in exceeding their target of delivering over 10,000 vehicles to their customers.
Chrysler Mexico presented VASCOR de Mexico with the Best Service Supplier Award at the annual Quality Logistics Workshop. This award recognizes VASCOR’s excellent service in quality logistics across a myriad of services in the finished vehicle supply chain in Mexico.
Chrysler recently recognized VASCOR with a 2013 Special Recognition Award for going above and beyond in support of the KL launch in the fall. VASCOR provided a myriad of services during the launch that supported the efficient flow of vehicles to the dealers.
